1. The hair was changed from blondish (really more brown) to black using Hue/Saturation adjustments.
2. Removed any acne using the Spot Healing brush tool and the Healing brush tool.
3. Changed the color of the shirt using, again, Hue/Saturation adjustments.
4. Removed the red eye using the Red Eye brush tool.
5. Removed the earrings using the Spot Healing brush tool.
6. Used a Color blended layer to fix the brightness on the ear, although it is hard to see the difference.
7. Added eyeliner and eyeshadow using Color and Soft light blended layer with brush strokes.
Poor thing, the look doesn't really suit her.
